This DIY Hair Mask strengthen dry, brittle strands, moisturize the scalp, and enrich the hair with proteins.
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp ginger juice
- 2 tbsp aloe vera gel
You can usually find ginger juice at your local health food store, but if you like and have a juicer, simply juice some ginger.
Why This Works:
They are packed with protein, which the hair absorbs. In order for hair to grow fast and healthy, the strands need to feed off of that protein, and egg whites are one of the best proteins you can feed your hair.
It is known for its antioxidant properties and therefore detoxifies the scalp and hair, encouraging healthy and strong growth. Ginger also contains potassium and magnesium which are crucial for fast hair growth.
